Vulnerable Ghosts (Japanese: イジケモンスター Izikemonsuta) is the term given to a ghost that has been stunned by a Power Pellet, which results in them changing to blue (with a white, sometimes jagged face) and become slower. In the games, this is the only opportunity a Pac-Person has to eat a ghost before they revert to normal. In Pixels, Ludlow said that when Pac-man eats one he has 10 seconds to eat ghosts
