Sir Pac-A-Lot was a knight in the Middle Ages that, with the aid of the Golden fruit, sealed the horrible ghost Spooky inside the tree located in the center of Pac-Village. His story is told by Professor Pac-Man. Later, during the events of Pac-Man World 2, the spell was unintentionally broken by the Ghosts who were stealing the Golden Fruit.
- There is a character known as Sir Chomp-A-Lot in the 1980's Pac-Man TV series, which may have sparked the idea of Sir Pac-A-Lot's name and character.
- Sir Pac-A-Lot is an unlockable weapon in Pac-Man World Rally. He is unlocked by eating 10 or more ghosts in the Watermelon Cup.
- In the Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures episode "A Hard Dazed Knight", Pac-Man is nicknamed "Sir Pac-A-Lot" upon donning Sir Cumference's armor.
