Fred is the only known white Ghost and appears to be rather meek and easily convinced. In the episode Pac-Pong Fever, when the Ghost Gang could not find any sheets in the Netherworld, they convinced Fred to let them use him as a sheet to hang on their stick to act as a white flag. Despite being used as such Fred did not seem bothered by it.
