Tip was a muscular Pointy Head soldier who served Apex in his scheme to conquer Pac-World, but after meeting Pac-Man the two became "frenemies" and he presumably defected from Apex's army. He first appeared in the Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures episode "Cosmic Contest".

Tip is first seen with the rest of his kind invading Pac-World and briefly fights with Pac-Man, however the fight between them, Apex and the Ghosts is put to a halt by the sudden appearance of the Overlords of the Outer Regions, a group of powerful aliens who are sick of their noisy bickering. To put a stop to it, they decide to hold a cosmic race between representatives of all three species, Pac-Worlders, Ghosts and Pointy Heads, the representatives being Pac-Man and Spiral, Betrayus and Dr. Buttocks, and finally Apex and Tip. During the race, Tip and Apex are saved from being hit by a Ghosteroid thanks to Pac-Man, which makes Tip realize that his enemy is actually a noble individual and seeing how ungrateful Apex is slowly makes him notice that his leader is not such a fair individual. After being abandoned by Apex in the Netherworld during the race, he works alongside the stranded Pac-Man which gives them time to get to know one another, and together they eventually get back in the race by taming a Dragon, and the two then win the race together, causing a tie between the two competing species. The Overlords are impressed with their camaraderie and decide to spare them, but warn them that if they cause too much noise again they will all be annihilated. Tip and Pac then say goodbye to one another and that even though their on opposing sides, they'll remain "frenemies". Tip then uses his jetpack and leaves Apex stranded with Betrayus. Whether he has fully defected or not remains unknown.
