The Pac-Mobile is a power-up in Pac-Man World Rally that can be earned by eating enough Pac-Dots to fill up the bubnle that's on the right side of the screen and pressing △.
The player becomes a Pac-Mobile and the rest become Vulnerable ghosts that ride on unicycles. This allows the player to chomp the other players. When a ghost is eaten, they become a pair of eyes that move slowly in the direction the player was going, before reverting back to the main character.
