Frank Welker

Franklin Wendell "Frank" Welker (born March 12, 1946) is an American actor who played Chomp-Chomp as well as an adult Pac-Baby in the original Pac-Man animated series. He has voiced various characters in clildren's cartoons. His most notable roles are Fred Jones and Scooby-Doo from the Scooby-Doo franchise, the current voice of Curious George in the Curious George franchise, Gogo Dodo, Furrball, Calamity Coyote, and Little Beeper in Tiny Toon Adventures, and Megatron and Soundwave from the Transformers franchise.
